What is Unify?

The definition of Unify is to ‘make or become united, uniform, or whole’. Unify Netball aims to empower the entire netball community through creating a feeling of pride and sense of belonging that a custom team uniform can bring to an individual. Unify Netball challenges its members to re-define the way netball clubs, teams and businesses operate through the increased efficiency of online services, quality of product and support systems for all members.

Who is Unify?

Unify Netball was established in 2019 by Alison and Chris Reynolds. Combining Alison’s 20-year history as an elite NSW representative and Australian underage team player with Chris’s global expertise in manufacturing and management, they built a brand rooted in high-performance sports apparel.

The business entered an exciting new era when David Chatterton took over the business in October 2025. Transitioning from the strong foundation laid by the founders, David is now driving the brand's next phase of growth with a clear vision for the future.

  • Strategic Expansion: David plans to further expand Unify by developing new product lines and implementing advanced online systems to enhance the customer experience.

  • Continuing the Legacy: He is committed to upholding the strong reputation Unify Netball has built within the sport since its inception.

  • Fresh Perspective: His leadership is focused on bringing "fresh energy" to the brand’s mission.

  • Customer Connection: A primary focus for this chapter is deepening the connection between the brand and its athletes, customers, and supporters.

Under David’s ownership, Unify Netball continues its journey as a dedicated provider of high-performance gear, fueled by a renewed passion for the future of the sport.
